Migrant Moth Joins the Invasion

This daytime-flying migrant moth was seen in the school grounds when setting the trap for GMS on Sunday.

Painted Lady invasion!

Have you been to Crooklets Beach lately?
Those of us who have were amazed by the amount of Painted Lady butterflies covering bushes and swarming the beach!
Apparently, they have come from Africa, and are on their way to Scottland.
Amazing!
